Pop Up "Tour the Garden" Dinner

Tour the Garden is a series of prix fixe menus we run throughout the summer featuring a different vegetable each week. This is the first one, it will be a pop up dinner, featuring Mushrooms.  

First:

Scallop Crudo

Mushroom Dashi. Pickled Mushroom. Fennel. Lemon. Seabeans. Chile.

 

Second:

Porcini Ravioli

Asparagus Infused Ricotta. Ramp Butter. Spring Giardenera. Dehydrated Mushroom.

 

Third:

Mushroom Congee.

Braised Pork Cheek. Fermented Greens. Ramp Pesto. Pickled Ramps. Oyster Mushroom.

 

Fourth:

Chocolate-Rye Cake

Mushroom Custard. Gooseberry. Honey.
